CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
A £20 non refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation- the balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.

As we cater for adults over 18 years of age only on our caravan site this has to apply also to visitors to persons staying with us.
A maximum of four adults may stay on site per caravan.

You may see children on the fishery as the Farm Manager has three children and children come to fish on parts of the fishery and to use our Nature Walk.

Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Please confirm your time of arrival with us and stay in touch if you have problems on route 01760 338005, 0830-1700.

Pitches must be vacated by 11.30am on day of departure unless pre-arranged with us and a day ticket issued.

One well behaved dog permitted- must be booked and kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES outside the caravan. The site is teeming with rabbits and wildfowl so we do advise putting on the lead BEFORE opening the door!!! The dog walk is, right out of the site then right immediately past the river, signed Public Foot Path along the river Nar. We apologise but we cannot allow dogs to be exercised on the Nature Walk or around the fishing lakes.

All new arrivals, and any visitors, must call at the Cabin to the right in the main car park to check in.

We reserve the right to refuse admission, or to terminate the visit, of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the site or to our other visitors.

ARRIVAL PROCEEDURES
Please pull up neatly in one of the spots marked ‘caravan pull in’ situated in the main car park and come to the Shop in the Cabin to register, make payment and be shown to your pitch.

SPEED LIMIT ANYWHERE ON THE SITE 5MPH

We regret that no refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of their booking.

Although we cannot guarantee specific pitches, please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a particular one and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are open all year so we reserve the right to review our booking conditions. If we do so, the changes will be placed on the website and mentioned when you book.

NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON SITE SUCH AS VANS AND TRUCKS. ONLY ONE CAR PER PITCH PLEASE, ANY EXTRA CARS OR VISITORS CARS MUST PARK IN THE CAR PARK.

We would ask that groups of more than two vans advise us when booking. The site is perfect for small rallies or owners groups.

Until we can provide electric hook-ups the use of a ‘quiet running’ generator is permitted. Please advise when booking.

Awnings must be erected on the designated area to protect the grass and gazebos are not permitted elsewhere unless arranged.

BBQ’s are permitted in designated areas. No campfires please.

THERE IS A £10 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON YOUR GATE KEY
By making a booking with us you have entered into a contract in which you undertake, on behalf of everyone in your party, to behave in a courteous and considerate manner towards us and our other guests.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8.30am.

Your visitors are welcome between the hours of 9am and 9pm but must be booked in with us, by you, before they arrive. There is a £2.50 per person charge unless they have purchased a fishing ticket. It will be the responsibility of the persons staying on site to see the visitors quietly from the site by 9pm and relock the gates as we are a closed site. Visitors must park in the main car park please.

No cars may drive down the site after 9.00pm. If you arrive back after that time, please park your car in the car park, away from our neighbours. We request that you return to your caravan silently as others may be sleeping. Please ensure both the front and the internal gates are locked behind you. The security of the site depends on you. There can be no access to the site after 11pm.

Because of the disturbance to other guests, we ask you not to use radios and T.V’s in awnings and we would ask that any noise is kept to an absolute minimum.

We are also a sport fishery and the caravan pitches are very near to and overlooking the lakes. Peace and quiet is essential for everyone to fully enjoy the beautiful setting we have here.

If this is the sort of site you think you would enjoy we look forward to welcoming you.

Fly casting lessons and equipment are available but they must be pre-booked. Anyone wishing to fish must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency Fishing License.
